About the Role

As Studio Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations of our tattoo studio in Jönköping. You will handle customer contact, bookings, consultations, lead follow-up, and ensure the studio maintains a high service level. You will also manage our social media channels and contribute to the development of the business.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Book consultations and tattoo appointments.
• Follow up on leads and work actively with sales.
• Plan and coordinate artist schedules.
• Administrative tasks related to daily operations.
• Contribute to a welcoming and professional customer experience.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Is structured, responsible, and solution-oriented.
• Thrives working independently and taking initiative.
• Is proficient with computers.
• Speaks and writes Swedish and English fluently.
• Enjoys a fast-paced environment and likes working towards set goals.
