Our client is an active and lovely woman in her 30s living in Jönköping. We are currently looking for you who want to work in a part-time position of 70–75%. The working hours are scheduled for daytime, evening, weekend, and sometimes 24-hour shifts.

About the position

Our client enjoys crafting, using her iPad, playing with her doll, taking walks, and participating in various activities. During weekdays, she attends day activities and appreciates an active and meaningful daily life. As a personal assistant, you have an important role in supporting, motivating, and creating conditions for her to live an independent life based on her own terms.

Due to her disability, our client needs support with planning and structure in daily life, communication, motivation for activities, as well as practical support at home and in daily living. You will also accompany her to various activities and contribute to creating security, participation, and a meaningful daily life based on her needs and wishes.

What is required?

For you to thrive together, we believe you are a secure and flexible person with a good ability to adapt to different situations. As a person, you are calm, stable, and solution-focused. You also have humor and a playful side, while being able to switch and be clear when the situation requires it.

Experience in working in a low-arousal and motivating manner is important, as is experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum and challenging behaviors. Naturally, you are a non-smoker. The work requires that you master Swedish in both speech and writing.

Great importance will be attached to personal suitability.
