Our client is a 20-year-old man living with his parents in a house in Nässjö. He works full-time during the week, and as his personal assistant, you will accompany him to work.

The client uses a wheelchair. As a personal assistant, your main tasks will include transfers, personal hygiene, practical assistance, support with cooking, household chores, and accompanying him to activities.

We are looking for a man between the ages of 20-30 who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. Since the client has a strong interest in sports and computers, we would appreciate it if you shared these interests.

To be considered for the position, you must:

• Be a non-smoker
• Hold a valid driver's license
• Be flexible
• Be comfortable around pets, as there is a dog in the home
• Speak clear Swedish, understand the Swedish language, and be able to handle it in writing, as record-keeping is one of the tasks
• Have experience in care and social services (meritorious, but not a requirement)

· Secure employment terms with a collective agreement

· Possibility to work full-time, part-time, or as an hourly substitute

· Introductory training and opportunities for client-specific training

• Employment type: Fixed-term contract (Probation/Temporary) from 2026-08-16 to 2027-06-13
• Scope: Approximately 50%
• Working hours: Primarily daytime on weekdays. Weekend and evening work may occur
• Start date: Immediately or as agreed

We offer individual salary setting and have a collective agreement. Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis, and the position may be filled before the application deadline. Personal suitability will be given great weight.
