Modern Cement Technology AB is looking for experienced and meticulous operators/concrete workers for a position in Heby! This role is perfect for you if you enjoy practical production work, have a good understanding of concrete processes and safety, and want to contribute to stable, quality-conscious production.

The position is a contract assignment via Lernia, located in Heby. The assignment is full-time and starts as agreed.

About the Role

As an operator/concrete worker, you will work in our production environment, responsible for operating machinery, preparing and handling floor leveling products, as well as quality control and forklift driving. You will become an important part of the team, collaborating closely with production managers, maintenance, and logistics to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable deliveries.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Operation and monitoring of machinery
• Preparation, transport, and handling of floor leveling products according to instructions
• Quality control, sampling, and documentation
• Machine maintenance primarily (routine checks) and reporting deviations to maintenance
• Loading and unloading of materials and forklift handling when needed
• Safety work and compliance with occupational health and environmental requirements
• Collaboration with the production team to optimize processes and improve routines

About You

Formal Competence

• Upper secondary education, preferably with a technical or industrial profile
• Experience working in concrete or production environments, with several years of experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of machine operation and simple maintenance procedures
• Good communication skills in Swedish, both verbal and written
• Valid B-driver's license

Advantageous Qualifications

It is advantageous if you have experience with:

• Work with modern concrete technical processes or in precast concrete production
• Quality documentation and sampling according to standards
• Experience with control and monitoring systems (PLC) or digital production systems
• Work in small or medium-sized industrial companies where flexibility and broad responsibility are required
• Mechanical knowledge
• Forklift license and experience driving counterbalance forklifts
• Overhead crane license

You can handle multiple tasks simultaneously and are solution-oriented during operational disruptions. You enjoy physical work and do not mind getting dirty.

About Modern Cement Technology AB

MCT AB began manufacturing cement-based products in 2015. We sell these products throughout most of Sweden. We sell the products in 20 kg plastic bags on pallets and via pump trucks. We have a modern production line capable of meeting the high quality standards set by our customers. We are starting the construction of a new factory in Heby later this year, which will give us the opportunity to expand our product range for our customers.
