About the role

As a Site Supervisor, you are responsible for the planning, management, and coordination of staff and subcontractors on-site. You ensure that health and safety regulations and quality standards are met, while monitoring production regarding costs, schedules, and logistics. You have access to production schedules, cost estimates, our business system, and support from managers and colleagues.

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in construction production in a leadership role, preferably from new residential construction. An engineering degree is advantageous, but we also welcome craftsmen with a few years of experience in a supervisory role. A B-category driver's license is an advantage but not a requirement.

Above all, we look for someone who is passionate about leadership. You are structured in your approach, enjoy working methodically, think long-term, and always keep safety and quality in focus. It is also important that you are clear and can communicate effectively with different people.
