At NCC, as a Planning Specialist, you will become an important part of our project teams, working closely with colleagues, project management, and production. Your planning helps us succeed together. About the role As a Planning Specialist, you are a key figure in project control. You are responsible not only for developing and monitoring schedules but also actively contributing to strategic decisions through analyses, forecasts, and risk assessments. The role may involve responsibility for one of our largest projects or support for multiple projects within the department. Regardless of the assignment, you will become an important advisor to project management and a driving force for creating alignment regarding the project's path forward. An important part of the assignment is to ensure that the schedule is clear, structured, and follows the project's common WBS (Work Breakdown Structure). You are also involved in developing and finalizing the WBS. You are part of the project team and collaborate closely with project management. Together, you create alignment and clarity in the planning work. The role has many internal and external interfaces. You contribute to the project achieving its goals regarding time, cost, and quality. About the department Building Uppsala, Gävle/Dala The Uppsala, Gävle/Dala department is a strong player in the market for large and complex construction projects. In our geographical area, we drive many different types of construction projects, such as housing, offices, schools, swimming pools, and hospitals for both private and public clients. We work locally and give significant mandate to each respective region. At the same time, we have a large national organization behind us, where we share knowledge and help each other with expertise. This provides security in knowing that there is a lot of consolidated competence close at hand. Are you the one we are looking for? We are looking for you who have:

• Several years of experience in planning and monitoring in large construction and infrastructure projects
• Good knowledge of Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
• University education or equivalent work experience

You have a good understanding of the construction process and experience in scheduling in larger projects. Experience with Earned Value Management is meritorious. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and pedagogical. You have an easy time explaining complex information in a clear way. You thrive in collaboration, leading planning meetings, and creating alignment in projects. You have good leadership qualities and communicate very well in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing. You work in line with NCC's values: honesty, trust, and respect.
