About the role

The responsibilities involve the new construction of residential properties. You will work on various tasks depending on the stage of construction. Working hours at our construction sites are between 06:30 and 15:30. This is a permanent position with an initial probationary period of 6 months.

JM is a company characterized by a structured approach, which also influences our production process. We have chosen a model based on working uniformly across all our projects. This is evident in our daily routines, schedules, and working methods. To leverage our employees' knowledge and experience, we also operate a system for handling improvement suggestions. JM focuses on order and discipline and places great emphasis on occupational health and safety at our construction sites.

Your profile

We are looking for you who hold a professional certificate as a carpenter and have several years of experience in the new construction of multi-family housing. As a person, you thrive in an organized environment and are committed to carrying out tasks with a focus on a safe working environment and high quality. You are positive and engaged in your work, contributing to the team's focus and supporting your colleagues. We require a valid B-class driver's license.
