We are growing and are now looking for a Quality Engineer!
About the Role
As a Quality Engineer, you are responsible for driving, developing, and ensuring quality work in both the supplier chain and the product/customer chain. The role involves broad quality responsibility, from purchased materials and supplier performance to internal product quality, customer requirements, and customer-related quality issues.
In your role, you will:
- Handle and drive customer-related quality issues, complaints, analyses, as well as corrective and preventive actions.
- Be responsible for and drive product quality work in projects as well as for new and existing products.
- Drive and document internal and external deviations, ensuring that actions are implemented, followed up on, and achieve the desired effect.
- Ensure that suppliers meet the company's quality requirements through supplier assessments, audits, follow-up of deviations, and development of suppliers' processes.
- Identify quality deficiencies, analyze data, and initiate improvement activities.
- Contribute to developing, maintaining, and following up on working methods, routines, instructions, and quality-related documentation.
Your Experience
We are looking for you who have:
- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience.
- Experience in quality work within manufacturing industry.
- Good understanding of production, technical drawings, materials, processes, and industrial flows.
- Knowledge of problem-solving models within quality, such as root cause analysis and statistical follow-up.
- Experience working with deviation management, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
- You hold a B-driver's license and are proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
