The Workplace

Tunafors Health Centre is one of the largest health centres in Södermanland, with approximately 16,800 registered patients and around 75 employees. We are one of the few training health centres in the country. We have a well-functioning and well-staffed operation including a doctor's clinic, district nurse/nurse clinic, child health care, laboratory, secretaries, a psychosocial team, and a rehabilitation team. We also have well-developed specialist teams within our major chronic disease groups, and we encourage our employees to participate in the development of both care and the working environment. Your Main Responsibilities

You will have a varied role where you work independently to assess care needs, examine, and treat patients of all ages. You provide advice and support for self-care and contribute to creating a sense of security for both patients and their relatives.

You will become part of an engaged team where different professions collaborate closely around the patient. The work involves patient contact through our acute flow, telephone advice, digital care systems, and clinic visits – giving you a broad and developing role. Together, we create a holistic solution where your contribution is an important part of the care chain.

Your Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a licensed district nurse or nurse and want to work in an operation characterized by joy in work, engagement, and good team spirit. If you have a special interest in a specific area, such as incontinence or dementia, we see this as a positive attribute. Previous experience from primary care is an advantage but not a requirement.

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You have high social competence and are a team player with a very good ability to collaborate. You are confident in your professional role, can work independently, and take personal responsibility for your tasks. You are flexible, solution-oriented, and understand the importance of focusing on the patient's needs.

You are fluent in Swedish, both in writing and speech. You have good computer skills, and experience with the medical record system Cosmic is desirable.

Employment Type and Degree of Employment

Permanent full-time position. Start date by agreement.
