Job Responsibilities

As a trainee in Katrineholm Municipality, you become an important cog in our operations while continuing your studies. You get the opportunity to put theory into practice and perform qualified tasks, always with guidance from experienced colleagues. We offer a maximum of 15 hours/week and adapt your working hours to your studies.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are studying on the Nurse or Physiotherapist program and are in your final year of education. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

As a person, you thrive in collaboration with colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences. You have the ability to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts or collaboration difficulties in a constructive way. We also see that you have the ability to work structured, plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You are a secure and stable person with good self-insight and a professional attitude. Furthermore, you thrive in a flexible role and adapt easily to changed prerequisites. You see opportunities in change and contribute with a positive, non-hierarchical, and solution-oriented attitude.

The current position is subject to the decisions that are required.
