We know that the transition from studies to professional life can be both exciting and challenging. Therefore, we are now offering a unique trainee position for newly graduated physiotherapists starting in August 2026. During six months, you will have the opportunity to broaden and deepen your knowledge within several operational areas and discover everything that municipal healthcare has to offer. After completing the trainee program, there is an opportunity for permanent employment in the area where the need exists and where your interest and engagement have taken the best hold.

Job Responsibilities

As a trainee, you will rotate within our different operations at special housing for the elderly, home healthcare, functional support, and short-term care wards. You will observe broadly and gradually take on increased responsibility, all based on your individual development. The program consists of both theoretical and practical parts, from transfer skills and assistive devices to quality registers and documentation, performed together with support from a mentor and manager.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have recently graduated as a Physiotherapist and hold a Swedish physiotherapist license. You have good knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing. A B-driver's license for manual transmission is also required for the position.

As a person, you thrive in collaboration with colleagues and are happy to share your knowledge and experiences. You have the ability to listen, communicate, and resolve conflicts or collaboration difficulties in a constructive way. We also see that you have the ability to work in a structured manner, plan, organize, and prioritize your work effectively. You are a secure and stable person with good self-awareness and a professional attitude. Furthermore, you thrive in a flexible role and adapt easily to changed prerequisites. You see opportunities in change and contribute with a positive, non-hierarchical, and solution-oriented attitude.
