Efficient Investigations and Professional Customer Contact
As an insurance investigator, you are a state employee with the task of investigating so that the right person receives the right benefit at the right time. When working with care allowances, you contact parents who have children needing special care due to illness or disability. In your work within supplementary allowance, you contact individuals who may need help with extra costs for daily living due to disability. In your work, you make assessments through qualified investigations and analysis of documentation, primarily medical certificates. You then present proposals for decisions to be made by specially appointed decision-makers. Contact with individuals is made via phone and in writing. You gather information and collaborate with, among others, healthcare and the municipality. As an insurance investigator, you handle confidential information, which places higher demands on proper handling. Therefore, it is important that you working with us have a high level of security awareness.

Who are you?
We are looking for you who:
- have a university degree or experience and qualifications that can be assessed as equivalent
- are secure and trustworthy, even in demanding situations

- have good communication skills, both oral and written

Other Information
Several positions, permanent, full-time, with start date by agreement. Probation period may apply. Some positions with us involve participation in security-sensitive operations. To be employed in such a position, a security check approved according to the Security Protection Act (2018:585) is required.
In accordance with the Swedish Social Insurance Agency's security guidelines, background checks are conducted in this recruitment. Remote work opportunities exist if the work allows. In this recruitment, work psychological tests may be used as part of the selection process. Location: Uddevalla.
Recruitment seminars will be held on August 11th from 16:30–17:30 and on August 12th from 12:00–13:00 for candidates who proceed in the recruitment process.
