We work with a clarifying, structured, and predictable pedagogy, with the aim of creating both security and a desire to learn. With competent and engaged pedagogues, we base the education on each student's abilities and conditions.

To thrive with us, we believe you are structured, driven, and curious, with a strong desire to continue developing. You see challenges as opportunities rather than problems, and you have a great commitment to our student group. You also believe in every student's right to develop as far as possible.

Expectations

You have experience with pedagogical documentation such as pedagogical investigations, action plans, etc. You are non-hierarchical and believe in collaboration. Good and trusting relationships with management, colleagues, guardians, and students are important to you. You share our values: Forward, Together, Heart, and Wisdom.
