About the role

As a developer at Monitor, you will become an important part of our development work. Depending on the team and business area, you can work on everything from new development and further development of our business system to web applications, integrations, and customer-specific solutions.

You will be involved throughout the entire development process, from idea and design to implementation, testing, and delivery. We work closely with the business and our users to create solutions with high quality and significant user value.

Here, you have the opportunity to contribute your expertise in technically advanced and complex projects while also influencing working methods and technical solutions. We also appreciate if you have an interest in user experience and want to help create intuitive and user-friendly products. You will have the chance to contribute your experience, drive development forward, and help shape how we develop the future Monitor ERP.

As a developer here, you work with technologies such as .NET, C#, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL, as well as modern development tools and agile working methods.

You have the ability to see the big picture while valuing quality in the details. Whether you work on new development, further development, or complex problem-solving, you are driven by finding sustainable and user-friendly solutions.

To succeed in the role, we believe you have:

• Relevant higher education or university degree in systems development, computer science, or a similar field.
• Experience of systems development in professional development environments.
• Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, for example in C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience of working in agile development teams.
• Experience of one or more technologies such as .NET, ASP.NET, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL.
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
