ABOUT THE POSITION

We are currently looking for you who want to work on an hourly basis as a personal assistant for a woman in her 30s.

Our client is a cheerful and social young woman who needs help and support with her daily care needs. As an assistant, you will be helpful with meals, personal hygiene, mobility, exercise, shopping, cleaning, and other related tasks.

Her interests include gaming, dancing, music, walks, coffee breaks, and shopping.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

You are a person with a strong interest in working with people and who can share the client's interests. You should have a positive outlook on life and be able to contribute to a developing, stimulating, and pleasant existence. You are stress-resistant, confident, and secure in yourself. The client prefers female applicants for this position.

Working hours are scheduled during the day, evening, and night.

Working in the client's home requires you to be careful, responsible, proactive, and active.

REQUIREMENTS

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

SALARY: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits are in accordance with the collective agreement.

Due to the fact that the position may involve solo work, night work, and tasks that according to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations (AFS 2012:3) cannot be performed by minors, you must be at least 18 years old to work as a personal assistant.

If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record register. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record register and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Swedish Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order in good time.
