Social Services is now looking for you who wants to work at our reception unit within the Individual and Family Care in Filipstad Municipality! If you are trained as a social worker, love juggling multiple tasks, and meet daily challenges with both seriousness and joy, then you should submit your application as soon as possible!

In the reception group, you will be the face of the organization and the first point of contact our citizens have with social services. The reception group, with its combined expertise, serves as a gateway to social services and contributes to a broader holistic perspective and coordination.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities in the reception group are to receive reports and applications concerning children, young people, and adults related to economy, harmful substance use and addiction, social psychiatry, as well as domestic violence. You are responsible for risk and protection assessments, preliminary assessments, and in some cases, urgent protective measures.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a degree in Social Work and a valid driver's license (Category B). You have a genuine interest in working with people and being part of their development. You should have good documentation skills and be able to conduct motivational and solution-focused conversations. Experience from working with various parts of Individual and Family Care, particularly with children and young people, is an advantage. Personal suitability will be given great weight.

Conditions

Individual salary setting. You who are considered for the position must provide an extract from the criminal record register.
