Are you our next Production Technician? We are looking for you who want to develop together with us and contribute your expertise in electronics and production. This is a consultancy assignment with our client in Järfälla, where you as a consultant will become an important part of a technical team working closely with both design and manufacturing.

Being a consultant at Nexer Tech Talent

For this role, you will be employed by Nexer Tech Talent but work at our client's premises in Stockholm.

You will be coached by a mentor at our client's site as well as a consulting manager at Nexer Tech Talent. As a consultant with us, you will be well taken care of and often invited to joint activities such as lectures, after-work events, and lunch meetings.

Your responsibilities

In the role of Production Technician, you work closely with both design and production, focusing on circuit boards and manufacturing. You play a key role in ensuring efficient, robust, and quality-assured production flows.

Your main responsibilities:

• Create preparations for circuit boards, including operation lists and time estimates.
• Connect and manage production documentation for respective products.
• Review and clarify drawing documentation from design.
• Support assemblers and production in daily work.
• Handle and drive deviations in production related to responsible circuit boards.
• Be partially present on the production floor.
• Develop and improve working methods within the production area.
• Contribute to competence development and training of employees.

We would like you to have

• A university degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience or good understanding of circuit board manufacturing or electronic production.
• Enjoy working in an operational role close to production.
• Are meticulous, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Fluently speak and write Swedish and English.

Meritorious

• Experience from electronics production or PCB manufacturing.
• Knowledge in improvement work (LEAN or similar).
• Experience of handling deviations in production.
• Understanding of production preparation and industrialization.
