About the role

Emplicure Consumer AB has begun scaling up the manufacturing of consumer products within nicotine and "White Snus". We are looking for an experienced Process Operator to support this expansion. The work involves manufacturing the powder base for the client's nicotine pouches. The process mainly consists of weighing, granulation, sieving, and mixing. All manufacturing is food-grade certified.

The assignment begins as a probationary employment with Adecco for six months, with good prospects for takeover and continued employment with the client company thereafter. Working hours are initially scheduled for daytime, Monday to Friday, but may shift to a 2-shift system. Therefore, we appreciate flexibility regarding working hours. Start date: September 1st.

About you

We are looking for you with similar work experience, preferably from the process industry. It is highly meritorious if you have worked in production at pharmaceutical companies and/or within the food industry, especially if you have experience working according to GMP or in cleanroom environments.

As a person, you are flexible, analytical, quality-conscious, and have good teamwork skills. You should be a good problem solver capable of identifying, suggesting, and preparing improvements. Furthermore, we value that you are structured, responsible, and have strong self-drive. We place great emphasis on precision and quality awareness.
