ABOUT THE POSITION
We at Assistanslotsen are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant at approx. 50% for our female client in Lithuania.
The working hours are scheduled as follows:
08:00–18:00
Start is imminent, so we would appreciate it if you could start your introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
The client is a woman in her 70s with a great interest in nature, gardening, animals, walking, and cooking. Our client needs your help as an assistant in her daily life as she has Parkinson's.
Duties include:
Support with daily routines, such as household chores
Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
Stretching

REQUIREMENTS
Driver's license and access to a car
Tolerance for fur-bearing animals (Cat lives in the home, dogs visit often)
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in personal assistance or other care work
Employment level: 1 permanent position at approx. 50%.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with collective agreements.

To be employed by us at Assistanslotsen, you need to have a BankID and agree to use your BankID in the job. A prerequisite for starting employment with us is that you can present a valid ID and/or submit a certificate of personal data (personbevis) as well as any documents proving the right to work in Sweden. You can easily download the certificate of personal data from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18, you are required to present a certificate of good conduct (extract from the criminal record). From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
