ABOUT THE POSITION
At Aktiv Assistans, we are looking for you who want to work as a personal assistant for our client in central Örnsköldsvik. We offer two positions of approximately 70–75 %, and you will work days, evenings, and awake nights during both weekdays and weekends, according to the following times:
- 07:00–13:00 (double assistance)
- 08:00–21:00
- 21:00–07:00
Start date is by agreement, but we would like you to be able to start the introduction as soon as possible.
ABOUT THE CLIENT
Our client is a cheerful woman in her mid-20s with a lovely sense of humor. She has a herniated disc and is paralyzed from the waist down. She is now looking for a personal assistant who can provide her with the support she needs in daily life.
Responsibilities:
- Support in daily routines such as household chores
- Help with personal hygiene and dressing/undressing
- Mobility, turning in bed, and medication (delegation provided upon employment)
- Handling of assistive devices such as breathing mask, cough machine, ceiling lift, and tube feeding, among others

REQUIREMENTS
- Very good knowledge of the Swedish language
- Not allergic to fur-bearing animals, as the client has a cat and a dog occasionally visits the home
BENEFICIAL QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in healthcare, but this is not a requirement
Employment level: 2 positions at 70–75 %.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting. Other benefits in accordance with the collective agreement.

You can easily download the certificate of personal details from the Swedish Tax Agency's website. To work as a personal assistant, you must be at least 18 years old.
If you are to work with children and young people under 18 years of age, you are required to present an extract from the criminal record. From March 1, 2026, new regulations apply, meaning that the register check will include both extracts from the criminal record and extracts from the suspicion register. The extract is ordered via the Police Authority's e-service. Note that processing times may vary, so it is advisable to order well in advance.
