Särnmark's headquarters are in Sundbyberg, but we also have offices in other parts of Sweden.

We are now looking for personal assistants for a client living just outside Sundsvall.

I am a woman with humor, zest for life, and a strong desire to live my life exactly as I wish. Due to a significant physical disability, I use a wheelchair and need help with all practical aspects of daily life. I communicate myself and lead my assistance – you become my arms and legs when my body cannot.

For us to get along well, I believe you are someone who is easygoing, caring, and quick to laugh. At the same time, you need to be attentive and able to read situations. Some days are characterized by energy, activities, and cheerful conversations, while on other days, pain may take up more space. Then you need to be able to adapt and be there in a calm and secure way.

With me, you will have a close, independent, and varied job where no day is like the other. You will help me with personal care, household chores, transfers, activities, and everything else that belongs to daily life.

I am looking for someone who:

• Is a woman, preferably between 20–40 years old.
• Has a driver's license and feels safe behind the wheel.
• Likes animals and is not allergic.
• Is responsible, flexible, and reliable.
• Has humor and contributes positive energy.
• Can work independently and take initiative.
• Has good Swedish skills in speech and writing.

Previous experience in personal assistance is meritorious but not a requirement. The most important thing is that we get along and that you have the right attitude.

About the position:

• 24-hour shifts with waiting time during the night.
• Work in a small assistant team.
• On-site introduction and training.
• Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

The employment type is for a fixed term as long as the assistance assignment lasts, and the wage form is hourly wage. Working hours are 24-hour shifts with waiting time during the night with active supervision, weekdays and weekends.

Salary and other terms of employment according to the Collective Agreement for Personal Assistance, Vårdföretagarna - Kommunal.
