Your mission
As a Supervisor, you are responsible for leading and coordinating daily work within your area to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production. The role includes personnel responsibility for a team of 8 service technicians, as well as budget responsibility for the operations. You play a key role in planning, prioritizing, and following up on operations, as well as ensuring that resources are used optimally.
In this role, you will among other things:
- Lead and coordinate daily production work
- Have personnel responsibility for 8 service technicians
- Be responsible for budget and cost tracking
- Ensure that work is conducted in accordance with safety, quality, and delivery targets
- Plan and prioritize tasks based on operational needs
- Follow up on results and actively work on improvements
- Ensure efficient use of resources, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with other functions for an efficient production flow
Location and travel
The position is located in Rävliden with the main placement underground. The work takes place during daytime with a 4-day work week. Travel is required for the role.

- Good leadership and coordination skills

- Ability to plan, prioritize, and work in a structured manner
- Good problem-solving skills
- Very good collaboration skills
- Category B driver's license (required)
It is meritorious if you have:
- Previous experience as a foreman/team leader
- Experience working underground
- Leadership training
You are accustomed to working in an underground environment and thrive with the conditions it entails.
