You step into a central role where you help shape a new production environment with a strong focus on robotics, logistics, and efficient material flows. Here, you will translate processes and concepts into clear 2D and 3D layouts that support both construction projects, production, and internal logistics.

You will become a key link between projects, production, logistics, and technical specialists, contributing to solutions that work practically on the factory floor. • You create, update, and coordinate the factory's 2D layout and ensure that changes between different projects align in a common master plan.
• You draw processes, logistics solutions, and production concepts into 3D building drawings using SolidWorks.
• You drive issues related to layout, process, and equipment in project meetings and act as an expert in the field.
• You coordinate logistics flows, material placement, buffer strategies, and overall flow optimization in the factory.
• You develop concepts and solution proposals for production equipment and production areas based on business needs.
• You coordinate changes from the construction project in factory models, layout documentation, and infrastructure.
• You support the organization in layout work and train users in AutoCAD and related working methods.
• You lead and coordinate work related to production equipment, 2D layout, and 3D layout, and contribute to the logistics group with a focus on material flows, kitting, and material presentation.
• You also work with factory simulation, model coordination, and further development of visual standards for the factory environment.

• You have experience with factory or production layout.
• You have a good understanding of production flows in assembly manufacturing.
• You have a good understanding of logistics, internal logistics, material handling, material supply, and Lean principles.
• You have very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• You have very good knowledge of 3D-CAD, especially SolidWorks, as well as Autodesk environments such as Inventor, Navisworks, and Revit.
• You have experience with BIM, model, and information coordination.
• You have experience with Dalux or similar platforms for model coordination in construction or infrastructure projects.
• You have experience analyzing and visualizing material flows and translating logistics requirements into practical layout and production solutions.
• You have experience in project management and coordination between multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
• You have the ability to lead and coordinate external resources.

• Experience with factory simulation.
• Experience with production development and digital factory tools.
