In our agile operations with short decision-making paths, you can make a bigger difference – with your knowledge and commitment, we reach our goals faster.
We are looking for a driven and business-oriented Supply Chain Manager who wants to lead and develop one of our central functions. In this role, you have overall responsibility for customer service, master planning, sourcing, purchasing, and logistics. You have eleven direct reports, including a Logistics Manager.
You are responsible for creating efficient collaboration within the team and between departments, while building strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and partners. The role involves significant operational responsibility, but also a clear strategic focus where you are expected to translate our business goals into concrete plans and results. You are an important part of the local management team and represent Supply Chain both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate activities within your area of responsibility in close collaboration with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Integrate demand and capacity planning throughout the entire value chain.
- Analyze forecasts according to global processes.
- Ensure material supply and optimize inventory management.
- Handle customer orders based on available material and production capacity.
- Responsible for master planning in collaboration with production planning and the production team.
- Develop and strengthen competence within the Supply Chain organization to meet the company's and customers' requirements.
- Act as the company's Supply Chain representative towards customers, suppliers, and employees.
- Ensure clear communication and information flow to all relevant stakeholders.
- Actively participate in decision-making regarding both operational and strategic issues.
- Drive the implementation of global processes and Supply Chain models.
- Establish and develop strategic collaborations with customers, partners, and suppliers.
- Ensure that local Supply Chain operations comply with laws, regulations, and relevant guidelines.
- Responsible for cost structure and resource allocation within the Supply Chain function.
Competence and Experience
We are looking for you who have extensive experience in Supply Chain leadership and preferably a higher education in a relevant field. You have good knowledge of business systems, preferably ERP, QV, or QS, as well as a basic understanding of Lean. You are accustomed to working in a data-driven and results-oriented manner, with the ability to make independent decisions and solve problems proactively.
You express yourself fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing, and you have good negotiation skills as well as the ability to act with both clarity and integrity. Collaborating in teams is natural for you, and you are comfortable working in an environment where the pace is high and multiple priorities are ongoing simultaneously.
Experience working in matrix organizations and project teams is an advantage.
Personal Attributes
As a person, you are business-driven, goal-oriented, and have a strong commitment to both people and results. You find it easy to collaborate with different types of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and you thrive in a role where you get to take initiative and drive development.
You are flexible, adaptable, and see opportunities even under pressure. You have a natural ability to communicate clearly, argue objectively, and build trust. Furthermore, you are a team player who is happy to share your knowledge and who motivates and develops your colleagues.
