DEKRA is now looking for a Quality Lead for their initiative within Quality Assurance & Engineering. The goal is to help customers reduce risks in projects and supply chains through quality assurance, supplier management, technical verification, and project support.

You will step into assignments where your experience makes a difference, often when the customer needs to create structure, develop action plans, or ensure that quality is maintained throughout the entire project lifecycle. Assignments can range from developing smaller processes to large-scale industrial projects, such as establishing or further developing production facilities. The role involves reviewing and monitoring manufacturing, particularly in welding production as well as the manufacture of pipes, boilers, and pressure vessels. You ensure that work is carried out according to current requirements and relevant standards, such as EN, PED, and ASME. You also contribute with risk assessments, delivery checks, inspections, and supervision of manufacturing processes to ensure that projects are executed in a safe, efficient, and quality-assured manner.

In addition to the technical work, you will play a key role in identifying new opportunities, understanding customer challenges, and developing the offering forward. We are looking for you who have:

• Extensive experience from industrial environments
• Experience with QA/QC, supplier quality, or project quality
• Experience in supplier management, supplier development, or manufacturing follow-up
• Experience working closely with customers in technically demanding environments
• Experience from industries such as process, energy, defense, and manufacturing, or welding production
• Strong ability to communicate with both operational staff and management teams
• Excellent proficiency in Swedish and English

Experience with expediting, FAT/SAT, PED, OFP/NDT, or welding-related issues is considered an advantage. Competence in IWE or IWT is also valued.

Scope: Full-time, permanent
Start: Immediately, subject to notice period
Location: Karlstad, Örebro, Västerås, Gävle, or Stockholm.
