Here you will find a varied and meaningful assignment where the days offer both breadth and development. You play an important role in developing the city's properties and creating good conditions for operations.
Your Responsibilities
You are economically responsible for your property portfolio and are responsible for planned maintenance of the properties. You manage both rented and owned objects within educational premises. This includes, among other things, preschools, schools, upper secondary schools, and other facilities used by the city's educational activities. A central part of the assignment is the dialogue with tenants, principals, business representatives, and other partners. The role involves ensuring a long-term sustainable, functional, and business-adapted management of the premises.
You follow up and quality-assure work, participate in business planning, renovations, and tenant adaptations. It is important that you enjoy meeting and holding dialogues with customers, residents, contractors, and other stakeholders. The role combines strategic tasks, operational implementation, and administrative duties. No day is like the other.
Your Competence
You have a relevant academic education, for example as a building engineer, or a vocational higher education (YH) in property management. You have knowledge in budgeting, accounting, economic analysis, building technology, rental law, as well as rental agreements and terms. You are administratively skilled and accustomed to working in various digital systems, including property systems, as well as reading building documents, drawings, and maps. You have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and adapt your communication to different target groups.
You are service-oriented, have an interest in customer care, and enjoy building long-term relationships. Experience as a property manager and with the target group of the operations is seen as a plus. A category B driver's license and driving experience are required.
For you, it is important to create and maintain a good relationship with our clients and operations to understand their needs. It is of great importance that you work with humility and have a good ability to adapt your communication based on who you meet.
