You will play a central role in creating the prerequisites for system integration and verification of complex technical solutions. In a technically advanced environment, you work with building up, further developing, and managing test environments, lab infrastructure, and reference systems used to quality-assure advanced communication solutions.

Here, you become a crucial link between development, integration, and verification. You ensure that the test environments are robust, structured, and adapted for efficient workflows, while also contributing to technical decisions and improvements. • You establish, develop, and manage lab environments and reference systems for system integration and verification.
• You design and implement modular test solutions, integration rigs, and other test equipment.
• You support the planning, preparation, and execution of integration and verification activities.
• You contribute to the setup of integration, verification, and validation processes.
• You ensure structure, traceability, and good configuration management in the test environments.
• You participate in integration, troubleshooting, and technical problem-solving when needed.
• You help develop methods, working practices, and technical solutions within the testing and verification field.
• You collaborate closely with development teams, delivery projects, and other technical functions to create well-functioning test environments.

• You have several years of experience working in testing, verification, or system integration.
• You have experience in building up, developing, or managing lab environments or test infrastructure.
• You have a good understanding of system design and system integration processes.
• You thrive in combining strategic work with a practical, hands-on approach.
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner and collaborate well with other technical functions.

• Experience with hardware-centric systems.
• Experience with communication and network solutions.
• Experience with aviation, defense, or other safety-critical systems.
• Experience from environments with high demands for robustness, reliability, and quality.
• Experience with EMC, environmental testing, or system qualification.
• Experience with configuration management in complex system environments.
• Experience in technical leadership or coordination of technical teams.
