Professionals Nord is recruiting on behalf of Harju Elekter for a Project Manager in Power Systems for their operations in Västerås. About the role

In this role, you are responsible for projects including E-houses, prefabricated substations, and low-voltage switchgear. The projects often span approximately 6 months and vary in size, implying a varied daily routine where you handle several projects in parallel. You will join a developing operation where the focus is on establishing structures and efficient processes. Here you have the opportunity to influence how the projects are driven forward.

With our client, you will have a central role where you drive projects from start to finish. You work closely with both technology, production, and customers, and are responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered according to the set plan, budget, and quality. Here you are an active part of the operations; you do not just wait for the next step, but drive the work forward together with the team.

Responsibilities

In the role of Project Manager, you will:

• Drive projects from handover to final delivery
• Be responsible for the project schedule, budget, and quality
• Lead and coordinate several parallel projects
• Work closely with production and follow up on progress in the factory
• Have ongoing dialogue with designers, production, customers, and subcontractors
• Handle both technical and commercial aspects of the projects
• Ensure that deliveries meet agreed requirements and specifications

We are looking for you who

• Have education or experience within power systems or a related role within electricity
• Have experience in project management
• Have an understanding of project planning, economics, and calculations
• Speak and write fluently in Swedish and English

It is an advantage if you have

• Experience with medium voltage
• Experience from installation projects or manufacturing operations
• Experience working with switchgear, E-houses, or substations
