We are looking for technicians for our maintenance team working on the Gripen. Are you a solution-oriented team player who enjoys technical challenges? Then we have a challenge for you!

Your Role

As an apparatus technician, you will work with electronic units for aircraft. You will test, troubleshoot, verify, repair, and modify units within our areas of operation. Troubleshooting and testing are performed both automatically and manually using prescribed procedures. We are looking for you with an interest in technology and a basic understanding of electronics.

In aviation, we adhere to various regulations, and we have a well-developed methodology that we follow. Many of our technical documents are written in English. Necessary training will be provided.

Your Profile

You have an education at the upper secondary level, alternatively a vocational higher education (YH) in electronics, or similar work experience, and have an interest in technology. To succeed in the role, you are a meticulous person with a quality mindset and an understanding of production and its processes.

Experience with electronics repair is meritorious.

Other personal qualities that we value are the ability to work both independently and in a group, as well as a positive attitude towards new challenges. For this role, we place great emphasis on your personal suitability. To ensure smooth operations, we expect you to speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English.

The position requires you to undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations. For positions where Saab requires security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.

Please note that the selection process will take place during the summer. Interviews are expected to be conducted in August/September.
