About the job

In this role, you drive several technical projects in parallel with your project team and are responsible for the entire delivery – from start to finish. The projects are primarily linked to layout changes and machine investments, but other types of technical projects also occur.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensure delivery according to specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Be responsible for resource allocation, task distribution, and documentation in the project.
• Conduct extensive layout change projects in production, with a particular focus during your first year.
• Actively contribute to the unit's improvement work.
• Further develop project models and processes related to machine investments.

Location and flexibility

The position is located in Fagersta, and travel within the work may occur.

Your profile

You have an engineering degree or equivalent knowledge, as well as several years of experience driving projects with overall responsibility, and feel comfortable in more complex environments. You have a good understanding of technical contexts and thrive in a production-oriented environment.

We also look for:

• Basic knowledge of machine investments and production flows.
• Good communication skills – skilled at motivating, engaging, setting requirements, and interacting with various decision-makers, project members, and other stakeholders.
• High flexibility and the ability to shift focus during changes, as well as being clear and structured in your working method.
• Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Training in Lean and change management or equivalent knowledge.
