Linjemontage is one of Sweden's leading players in electrical power contracting. We build, strengthen, and renew power supply facilities from 0.4 kV to 400 kV – from transformer stations and power lines to technical system solutions within areas such as relay protection, remote control, and electrical power technology.

Our customers include power grid owners, industries, municipalities, state administrations, and larger energy companies. Linjemontage has offices and operations throughout Sweden, as well as in Norway and Croatia. We have just over 400 employees, and since 2019, Linjemontage has been part of Kalpataru Projects International Ltd.

We are now looking for a Quality Manager who wants to take on a key role in the company's business development.

Responsibilities

As Quality Manager, you are responsible for developing and managing Linjemontage's management systems and ensuring they are implemented in practice through clear working methods and close collaboration with operations. You drive the company's quality work, support the organization in change and improvement initiatives, and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. You work closely with the project organization and other support functions to create uniform working methods, strengthen the quality of our deliveries, and contribute to high customer satisfaction. Since Linjemontage operates in several countries, you also play a central role in coordinating and further developing the management system so that it functions effectively across borders, while taking national requirements and local conditions into account.

Here, you have great opportunities to influence and develop both your role and the company's working methods. The role reports directly to the QHSE Manager and involves significant independent responsibility. You have the mandate to independently plan, drive, and implement improvement initiatives in close collaboration with operations. As a central function, you work cross-functionally within the organization and play an important role in developing processes, working methods, and quality culture throughout Linjemontage.

You have overall responsibility for the company's deviation management and ensure a structured approach from reporting to follow-up. The role involves developing the company's working methods for deviation management, supporting operations in root cause analysis, and ensuring that corrective and preventive actions are carried out and followed up.

Travel is included in the position as you will collaborate with operations and colleagues at our various offices, both nationally and internationally.

  • Relevant university or university college degree in quality, engineering, construction/civil engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in quality work in project-oriented operations, preferably within construction and civil engineering projects
  • Experience in working with and developing processes, routines, or management systems
  • Good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001, as well as understanding of practical application
  • Basic knowledge of Swedish occupational health and safety and environmental legislation
  • Experience in deviation management and improvement work
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic knowledge of electricity safety legislation and ESA
  • Basic training in Construction Site Safety Coordination (Byggarbetsmiljösamordning)
  • Experience working for customers with high demands and expectations
  • Experience with internal audits or work close to certification bodies
  • Experience working in digital systems for quality and deviation management
  • Experience in change management, for example, driving the implementation of new working methods or developing working methods together with operations

Personal Attributes

We are looking for you who want to contribute to developing Linjemontage's operations and working methods for the future. You are analytical, structured, and have a good ability to translate requirements, ideas, and improvement opportunities into clear processes and routines. You enjoy working both strategically and operationally and have the ability to switch between a holistic perspective and details.

To succeed in the role, you need to be communicative and have an easy time building trust and relationships with employees at all levels within the organization. You are someone who engages others, drives change, and can explain the value of common working methods, structure, and continuous improvement.

We are looking for you who take initiative, work independently, and have a strong drive to develop both the business and yourself. You thrive in a changing environment and are motivated by creating long-term improvements that contribute to increased quality, efficiency, and business benefit.
