Then the position of Production Associate at Guttsta Källa might be right for you! PerformIQ is recruiting on behalf of Guttsta Källa for a Production Associate to join the factory in Kolsva, outside Köping. Here, mineral water is produced for the grocery trade and private label assignments. As a Production Associate, you will: • Monitor, adjust, and operate the machinery and production lines. • Ensure that routines for quality, hygiene, and safety are followed. • Work both independently and together with colleagues in the production team. • Contribute with personal responsibility within assigned areas and participate in problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who: • Has good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. • Is reliable and punctual – you understand the importance of keeping time in a production environment. Merits: • Forklift license (A and B). • Driver's license and access to a car (facilitates travel to Kolsva, but local traffic is available). • Previous experience in production, preferably within food. • Technical or mechanical aptitude – understanding of how machines work and a desire to learn more.

As early as 1895, the first bottles of natural mineral water were bottled at Guttsta Källa, located in the heart of Bergslagen. With a modern fleet of machinery, mineral water is produced. The products consist mainly of the grocery trade's own brands as well as other private label assignments. Guttsta Källa AB, which now employs approximately 15 people, was founded in 1894. The current company form, Guttsta Källa AB, was founded in the summer of 2011 and belongs to the Finnish group Finn Spring Oy. The brewery is located in the lush Hedströmsdalen valley, about a mile north of Köping. The most important raw material in the products, the mineral water, is drawn from the natural spring in Guttsta.
