This year, Event Center Knock 'em Down celebrates its 10th anniversary, and we are marking the occasion with the biggest investment in our history.

We are renovating, developing our facilities, and investing in new experiences to create Sweden's coolest event center. However, our biggest investment is in the food.

We want to take the next step in our restaurant, conference, corporate events, buffet, à la carte, and highly appreciated Christmas dinner offerings. Therefore, we are now looking for an engaged and driven Sous Chef who wants to develop our kitchen together with us.

About the Role

As Sous Chef, you will become a key part of the kitchen's leadership team. You will work closely with the Head Chef, helping to develop menus, routines, and quality standards while leading daily operations.

At our center, we prepare food for everyone from small families to conferences, large corporate events, and Christmas dinners with hundreds of guests.

No two days are the same – and that is exactly what makes the job so exciting.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience from restaurant kitchens
• Is a natural leader who enjoys inspiring others
• Is passionate about cooking and quality
• Is organized and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Wants to contribute to the development of both the kitchen and the business
• Has good collaboration skills and a positive drive
