We are looking for you in Växjö who:
- Has experience working with Swedish à la carte cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is structured, detail-oriented, and maintains an organized workflow in the kitchen.
- Prioritizes guest satisfaction and consistently delivers high-quality food and service.
- Is flexible, responsible, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish or English.
You will be responsible for classic culinary duties covering lunch, conferences, and à la carte service. You will have the opportunity to design your own menus, and the hotel will source the ingredients you request for guest service.
Your responsibilities include cooking, food preparation, ordering supplies, and implementing waste-reduction practices. Experience in baking is a plus, as we also serve coffee breaks during conferences.
