We are immediately seeking a chef in Växjö who:
- Has experience working with Swedish à la carte cuisine and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is structured, detail-oriented, and maintains an organized workflow in the kitchen.
- Demonstrates a strong guest focus and consistently delivers high-quality food and service.
- Is flexible, responsible, and maintains a positive attitude.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has good proficiency in Swedish or English.
The role involves classic chef duties covering lunch, conferences, and à la carte service. You will design your own menus, and the hotel will handle ingredient procurement based on your specifications.
Responsibilities include cooking, food preparation, ordering supplies, and implementing strategies to reduce food waste. Baking experience is a plus, as we also serve coffee breaks during conferences.
