JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an engaged and structured Breakfast Manager who can lead and develop our breakfast operations. In this role, you will have operational responsibility for breakfast service, ensuring that we always deliver a high standard in terms of quality and service.

As the Breakfast Manager, you will work actively in the daily operations together with your staff, reporting to the Head Chef. You are a service professional skilled at establishing routines, creating joy in the team, and ensuring everyone pulls in the same direction.

You have the ability to notice the details that enhance the value of the breakfast experience, leaving nothing to chance.

As a person, you are engaged, responsible, and organized. We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in similar tasks, with education or experience from a kitchen, patisserie, cold buffet, or equivalent.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in the hotel or restaurant industry.
• Good knowledge of food handling and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for food and service, with an eye for detail.

PRACTICALITIES

• Working Hours: Weekdays and weekends, early mornings
• Scope: 75%
• Start Date: Immediately
