AB Gyllengrip at Folaboda Musteri & Bränneri, located outside Urshult in Tingsryd Municipality, is currently recruiting staff for our popular summer café.

We are looking for an enthusiastic café team member who will work under the guidance of experienced managers. Previous experience in the restaurant or café industry, along with a genuine understanding of excellent customer service, is highly valued.

We need two additional persons for tasks such as cooking, baking, plating, serving, dishwashing, and providing a friendly welcome to our guests. Proficiency in English, German, or Dutch is advantageous, as these are the languages spoken by the major tourist groups in the area.

Experience with alcohol handling and HACCP training (for proper handling of ingredients and personal hygiene) is a plus. Please note that by law, one must be at least 20 years old to hold the responsibility for alcohol service, which is considered an advantage.

We are looking for someone with drive and ambition, regardless of age. We have had successful collaborations with bakers in previous seasons and would love for you to contribute your energy.

The position runs from July 1st to August 31st. We are open every day between 11:00 and 20:00, with potential evening events.

Sales of our own schnapps saw a significant boost during the first year of the farm shop's operation. Therefore, it is a great advantage if you can act as an English-speaking guide in the distillery. We are also inaugurating our new bar around the same time, making a combination of bartender and waiter roles ideal.
