Kaizu is now looking for a Restaurant Assistant to join our team in the heart of Växjö city.

Kaizu is a modern sushi concept featuring creative flavors, a sleek environment, and a focus on the overall guest experience. Both food and service are at the center of what we do. We want every guest to have a thoughtfully crafted experience from start to finish.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Restaurant Assistant, you will become an important part of our team and directly contribute to the guest experience. The pace can be fast during service, but we work together and support each other throughout every shift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take orders
• Cash handling and takeaway
• Serving and customer service
• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant
• Dishwashing and cleaning during service
• Assist with basic food preparation
• Ensure guests have a fantastic experience

We are looking for someone who

• Is social, positive, and service-oriented
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Is responsible and punctual
• Has an eye for detail and enjoys order
• Loves food, service, and people
• Can work evenings and weekends

Previous experience in restaurants or cafés is a plus but not required — the right attitude and energy are what matter most to us.
