Lantmäteriet is hiring an Administrator for Property and Office Support
Lantmäteriet (The Swedish Mapping, Cadastre and Land Registration Authority) is the agency responsible for mapping Sweden. Our tasks also include registering and securing ownership of all real estate properties and managing their boundaries. We are now looking for you who have a strong commitment to society.
The cross-agency business areas consist of supporting and governing units that assist Lantmäteriet's other business areas. Here, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly! RESPONSIBILITIES
As an Administrator within Property and Office Support, you will perform administrative work to support operations. This includes, for example, assisting with service cards for office access and creating access rights for our premises.
As an Administrator, you will also handle orders for various office supplies, consumables, and technical equipment needed by the different business areas. Before placing orders, you will also obtain quotes from suppliers.
You will work with security cabinets and their different classifications, as well as alarm management for our premises. Package handling in PostNord's portal, where we register and send packages, is an important task for Lantmäteriet that you will be responsible for.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who have experience working as an administrator and have an educational background with at least a three-year upper secondary school diploma. To succeed in the role, you must also have good knowledge of the security system Unison, as well as good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You find it easy to work in administrative support systems and have the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with various digital tools. You also have good command of the Swedish language and can express yourself well both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have previous experience working in the public sector and if you have worked within the real estate sector.

The position is security-classified, which means you must be a Swedish citizen and a security check with register control and a security clearance interview will be conducted before employment.
A probationary period will apply when appointing this position.

Duration: Permanent, start date: Start date by agreement.
