Here, we work to provide our 155,000 residents with the best services within preschool, social services, elderly care, and urban development. Welcome to us

At Väderkvarnen, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, group leaders, and unit managers, among others, work to provide our residents with a meaningful and pleasant day with care and support around the clock. There are 92 apartments in the care and support housing and 25 apartments in the Service House. We have a large shared inner courtyard and large meeting rooms where we can meet and have pleasant and stimulating activities for those who live with us.

Your role

You work in the team focused on the elderly, where you contribute your specialist competence in nursing care. Together with your colleagues, you plan and organize the care and work for good nursing care and health care based on the individual's needs. We work person-centered with a focus on the elderly. The work involves both acute and planned interventions, which means you need to be able to make independent decisions. You have close cooperation with different professions within the team, unit managers, and contact with relatives.

At Väderkvarnen's care and support housing, some of the tasks are to provide good nursing care, have a good attitude, and ensure that every resident has a fine and valuable day with a sense of coherence and participation.

Your competence and experience

For the assignment, you need the following qualifications to be eligible for employment:

• Experience working in elderly care.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Good computer skills with extensive experience working in multiple systems.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Protected professional title as a nursing assistant (undersköterska).
