Are you looking for a workplace in a flat, efficient, and structured organization where you can make great use of your expertise as an Ophthalmic Nurse alongside many professional colleagues? Do you wish to work with patients resulting in a 97% satisfaction rate, and in a climate with "green numbers" in employee surveys? Then read on.
Your RoleAs a licensed Ophthalmic Nurse with us, you will have your own specialist clinics, such as for fundus photography, visual fields, OCT and pressure clinics, as well as macula clinics. You assist in polyclinic (POLOP) sessions and perform eye injections. This is mixed with telephone advice and, to some extent, preliminary examinations before doctor visits. We are happy to provide further education in pediatric care if you lack this experience, so you can become part of our highly competent pediatric team, where you, as an Ophthalmic Nurse, write out eyeglass prescriptions and perform follow-up visits. Since several of our colleagues are opticians, you as a nurse will also be involved in our medication management, suture removal, etc.
In addition, you are an important part of our ongoing quality work as we meet regularly to develop our processes in the areas of: general, pediatric/strabismus, diabetes, glaucoma, macula, and polyclinic.

We offer:
- A flat organization with short decision-making paths and an accessible manager.
- A pleasant work environment with high employee satisfaction.
- Clear goals focused on quality, development, and patient service.

- Favorable Västtrafik travel card (via gross salary deduction).
- Bicycle benefit.
We are looking for you who are a licensed Ophthalmic Nurse. You are confident in your role and have a desire to work independently and safely for patients. You want to learn more and share your knowledge and experience.
