Working hours and degree of employment: Fixed four-week schedule, working days, evenings, and weekends. Two out of four weekends. Approx. 75–80 %.

Salary: According to agreement. Other benefits according to collective agreement.

Start date: September 1st or as agreed.

Job Description

As an assistant nurse at Humana, you will have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and execute weekly schedules, handle medications, and plan activities. You will document and handle any deviations daily. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as SSK (specialized nurses), rehab staff, and the on-call nurse.

Examples of tasks:

• Be the contact person and be responsible for your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans.
• Follow up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plans.
• Receive delegation of medication from SSK.
• Conduct fun activities.
• Handle documentation and deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for you who are a team player – a person who is responsible and enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the big picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are accustomed to documentation and work with quality as a keyword. Experience in person-centered work is meritorious, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:

• Are educated as an assistant nurse with a certificate to use the title Assistant Nurse.
• Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.

It is meritorious if you have:

• Experience working in elderly care.
• Experience working with people with dementia.
• Experience in privately run operations.

A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present a valid ID and any documents proving the right to work in Sweden.
