About the job

As a Specialist Nurse, you play a key role in developing and ensuring the quality of care and support work. Through your advanced expertise, you contribute to strengthening the organization's working methods and creating good conditions for safe, secure, and person-centered care and support.

The role involves combining daily care work with specific responsibilities for supervision, knowledge transfer, and organizational development. You act as a support for staff and managers regarding nursing, interaction, documentation, and quality work, and also contribute to the introduction of new employees.

In close collaboration with care recipients, relatives, managers, and staff, you work to develop interventions and working methods that promote the individual's health, participation, and independence. Through your engagement, you contribute to a learning organization where competence, quality, and continuous development are in focus.

Kärrahus Care and Support Housing consists of two connected buildings, spread over five floors, with a focus on dementia, geropsychiatry, and somatic care. There are a total of 109 apartments in the residence.

The position is a permanent full-time role. Working hours are during the day and evening, with work every other weekend.
