Wood Industry Worker Wanted – Practical Work in Modern Production!

At TopWork, we are currently looking for production staff for one of our clients. Here, you will work in a modern production environment where precision, collaboration, and quality are the focus.

The position is scheduled to start after the summer holiday period, with access according to agreement.

Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will work with the manufacturing and assembly of wood-based building components. The work is carried out based on drawings and involves both manual tasks and the use of various tools and production equipment.

Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

• Assembly of building components according to drawings.
• Cutting, processing, and joining materials.
• Handling hand tools and production equipment.
• Quality control to ensure products meet the correct standards.
• Material handling and contributing to a safe and well-organized workplace.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with practical skills who enjoys working at a fast pace without compromising on quality. You are responsible, detail-oriented, and have good teamwork skills.

We would like you to:

• Have experience working in industry, production, construction, or a similar practical trade.
• Have a good understanding of drawings and be able to work from them.
• Be quality-conscious and have a strong safety mindset.
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from manufacturing industry or wood production.
• Forklift license.
• Overhead crane license and experience with crane operation.
