Your Role

Are you an experienced machine operator with an interest in advanced manufacturing? Do you want to work in a unique operation where quality and precision are in focus? We are now looking for a Press Brake Operator for Saab Naval's production site in Landskrona, where we together build some of the world's most advanced submarines.

As a Press Brake Operator with us, you will become an important part of the production. You are responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining our press brakes to ensure efficient manufacturing with high quality. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in production and a strong focus on accuracy, safety, and quality.

In the position, you will among other things:

• Set up and adjust press brakes based on drawings and production documentation
• Work in a modern production environment, including a 500-ton press brake
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Conduct test runs and ensure correct machine settings
• Perform quality controls and document production data
• Report any deviations and contribute to continuous improvements
• Perform simple maintenance and ensure that machines operate optimally
• Work according to current safety regulations and procedures

The position may involve shift work.

Your Profile

We are looking for you who have experience with press braking or similar machining machines and who thrive in a production environment where precision and quality are crucial. You have a technical interest, work in a structured manner, and feel confident reading and understanding technical drawings.

We believe you have:

• Experience working with press brakes and similar machines
• Competence in machine setup and calibration
• Good ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Basic knowledge of machine maintenance and safety procedures
• Good teamwork skills and a responsible work approach
• Ability to work carefully and with quality awareness

The position requires that you undergo and are approved according to current security clearance regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in some cases, entail citizenship requirements.
