Inpac is looking for a Machine Operator for our supplement blending department
Inpac is growing, and we are now looking to expand our team with a new colleague for our blending department. Are you a detail-oriented person who also enjoys physical work? Then this might be the job for you!
Inpac is a contract manufacturer producing, among other things, dietary supplements and probiotics. Once the customer has decided on the product formulation, our product developers create a recipe. We source all raw materials, and then the blending takes place – this is where our blending operators come into play.
As a blending operator, you receive raw materials, weigh them out, and blend them to the desired quality. It is of utmost importance that you are meticulous and ensure that the correct raw material is used in the correct amount, resulting in an accurate blend. Since raw materials can vary in quality, it is important that you can take initiative, are solution-oriented, and never compromise on quality. A significant part of the job also involves cleaning between batches. As we work as a team that relies on each other, we place great value on good teamwork skills and flexibility.
The role requires good physical fitness as lifting is involved. For large parts of the shift, respiratory protection is required, using various types of masks depending on the task. You will also use specific protective equipment such as coveralls, gloves, and safety goggles.
You thrive in a role where you can be meticulous while maintaining a drive to move forward and an eye for spotting potential quality deviations. The blending operator's contribution is crucial for the rest of our production, as the blends ensure that our packaging lines have material to process.
As an employee at Inpac, we work based on our core values: Act, Transparency, and Collaboration. You must align with these values to work with us. Our customers appreciate us for our high quality and flexibility. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy a dynamic environment and can identify potential improvements in both documentation and working methods.
Requirements for the position:
- Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
- At least 1–2 years of work experience, preferably in the food or pharmaceutical industry
- GMP experience is a plus
This is a full-time position with a 6-month probationary period. The work schedule is a 2-shift rotation.
For questions regarding the position, please contact Production Manager Edisa Kurbegovic at 046-2802808 or Jesper Wallhoff at 046-2802749.
