At Uniflex, we are currently recruiting technically interested employees for our rental operations in Malmö and surrounding areas. As a consultant, you will be employed by Uniflex and work on-site with one of our clients in the industry, manufacturing, workshop, or automotive sectors.

Are you technically interested and enjoy practical work? We are looking for fitters for our rental operations for assignments with our clients in Malmö and the surrounding region. Experience from the automotive industry is an advantage, but we also welcome candidates with other technical or mechanical backgrounds.

About the role

Depending on the assignment, you will work with various technical and practical tasks, including:

• Mechanical assembly of components and systems
• Service, repair, and maintenance
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Assembly and installation of vehicle parts
• Quality control and work according to instructions and drawings
• Handling of tools and technical equipment
• Teamwork to ensure efficient workflow

Working hours vary depending on the assignment and may include daytime, evening shifts, or rotating shifts.

We are looking for someone who

• Has experience and/or education in mechanics, automotive technology, or another technical field
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B, manual transmission)
• Has good technical understanding and practical skills
• Is meticulous, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Thrives working both independently and in a team
• Fluent in Swedish (written and spoken)

Merits
