Are you a meticulous and technically inclined person with experience in flexographic printing or industrial printing processes? We are now looking for a Flexographic Printer for an exciting assignment with one of our clients in Skåne. For the right person, there are good opportunities for extension and, in the long term, direct employment with the client.

About the role

In the role of Flexographic Printer, you will work with the production and supervision of flexographic printing machines in a modern manufacturing environment. You are responsible for ensuring high quality throughout the entire production process and actively work with settings, quality controls, and continuous improvements.

The position is based on a 2-shift system.

Responsibilities

• Set up, monitor, and operate flexographic printing machines
• Ensure that production maintains high quality and efficiency
• Perform quality controls and document results
• Troubleshoot and resolve minor operational disruptions
• Work with changeovers and material handling
• Participate in improvement work and contribute to a safe and well-organized work environment

We are looking for you who

• Have experience working as a flexographic printer or within the printing industry
• Have a technical interest and a good understanding of production processes
• Are meticulous, quality-conscious, and responsible
• Enjoy working both independently and in a team
• Have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written

Meritorious

• Experience in label production
• Experience working in production or manufacturing industry
• Technical education or equivalent experience
• Experience working in business or production systems
