About the role

Your main responsibilities include machine supervision, assembly, control/testing, and packing. The production is modern, and much of the work is performed by robots, but manual tasks are also part of the job.

We are looking for candidates for the following roles:

• Testers who test and quality-assure finished products

• Press line operators

• Operators within automation/robot cells

• Assemblers

Since the need at different stations may vary, we would appreciate it if you have the competence and willingness to work with all tasks.

The work may involve both day shifts and shift work.

About you

• Industrial, technical, or practical education

• Computer literacy

• Experience with technical tasks, for example as an operator or similar

• Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

• Ability to handle repetitive tasks

• Merits: Forklift license, crane license, LEAN/5S

Regarding personal profile, we would like you to be someone who can:

• Work both independently and together with others in a team.

• Follow routines, drive your work forward, and work to achieve set goals.

• Handle physical tasks, such as heavy lifting, as good physical fitness is required.

• Maintain calmness even in stressful or sudden situations.
