We are now looking for a skilled CNC operator specializing in turning for an established manufacturing industry in Sjöbo. Here you are offered a varied role in a modern production environment where precision, quality, and technical competence are in focus.

About the Role

In this position, you are responsible for the entire manufacturing process in your machines. The work includes programming, tool changes, setup, machining, and control measurement of finished parts. The production consists of components with high requirements for accuracy, involving materials such as stainless steel and bronze.

You will become part of a company that actively works with safety, improvement work, and the development of both technology and processes.

• Employment type: Full-time
• Location: Sjöbo
• Working hours: Monday–Thursday 07:00–16:30, Friday 07:00–12:30
• Start date: According to agreement

Your Profile

We are looking for you who:

• Have several years of experience with CNC turning in the industry
• Can independently program, set up, and operate CNC machines
• Have good knowledge of reading drawings and measurement technology
• Are accustomed to working with high quality requirements and tight tolerances
• Have experience with CAM systems or similar programming tools
• Are structured, meticulous, and have a solution-oriented approach to work
• Communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Hold forklift licenses A and B

Merits

• Experience with CNC milling
• Knowledge of multi-operation machines
• Previous experience leading or coordinating work groups
• Category B driver's license and access to a personal car
